A native of Northeastern Oklahoma, Dr. Evans was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Union Public Schools. He earned a B.S. in Biology from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa where he played soccer and tennis. In 2010 he received his DDS from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Beau Evans is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Tulsa County Dental Society and is a provider for Eastern Oklahoma Donated Dental Services. Dr. Evans was married to his wife, Samantha, in 2010 and they have 2 children, Breklyn and Crew. When away from the office the Dr. Evans and his family enjoy being outside, snow skiing, hunting and going to the lake.
